Click & Collect

If you're based in South Wales, you can take advantage of our FREE Click & Collect service—simply place your order online and collect it from either our Cwmbran or Abergavenny store at your convenience.

📍 Collecting from Cwmbran

  • Orders are usually ready to collect within 1 working day (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready.

  • Collections are available Monday to Saturday, during store opening hours.

  • Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting.

📍 Collecting from Abergavenny

  • As all stock is held in our Cwmbran store, orders for collection in Abergavenny may take an additional working day.

  • You’ll be notified by email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

  • Collections are available Monday to Saturday, during store opening hours.

  • Don’t forget to bring your order confirmation when you arrive.
