UK Shipping
We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48®.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after all items are added to the cart.
Tracking information will be sent directly from Royal Mail to your provided email.
Delivery Times:
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48® (this timeframe is set by Royal Mail, not K&J Crafts).
International Shipping
Royal Mail International Standard
We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Standard for sending packages overseas. This service is:
Available globally – shipped to most international destinations (please see shipping locations for full list)
Non-tracked - Royal Mail International Standard packages do not have tracking numbers.
Estimated delivery – usually arrives within 5–7 working days, depending on the destination
Local delivery – once your parcel reaches the destination country, it is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery
Please note delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal services.
Royal Mail aims for 3-5 days delivery for international services, but this is not guaranteed for every shipment. Factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and other unforeseen delays can affect delivery times

Returns Policy
If there is an issue with your order, please return within 7 working days of receiving your items.
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page with your name, address, and order reference or enquiry.
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please ensure they are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Items that are opened or used are not eligible for a refund.
